1. What forms of payment do you accept?
We use PayPal for payments and we gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Direct Debit. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase through PayPal. For custom orders, please contact me at heylittlediddle@gmail.com. Your custom order can be purchased directly through me with a credit card.
2. How Secure is the checkout process?
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
3. Custom Orders & Gifts
If your item is a custom order, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. Payment for custom orders can be arranged directly through me with a credit card.
If you are ordering one of our “Gift Buckets” and you want to hand-pick the items that will be included, please contact me at heylittlediddle@gmail.com. Otherwise, I will pick assorted items that will equal the value of the bucket you have purchased.
For orders that are gifts, please provide the alternate shipping address and the gift card text in the ‘notes to the seller’ section in Paypal. All gifts boxes are beautifully wrapped in a natural craft box with raffia ribbon. Gift Buckets are wrapped in tulle and tied with raffia ribbon.
4. Shipping
I ship everyday, so if your items are in stock, your order will ship ASAP. I will notify you if your items are backordered. Please allow 2-6 weeks for custom orders. I use UPS Ground and USPS First Class for shipping in the United States.
I will do my best to ship internationally unless the shipping/customs costs prove prohibitive. If for any reason, I cannot ship your goods to your location, I will contact you immediately to discuss.
5. Returns
I want you to be happy with everything that you buy at Hey Little Diddle. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your items or issue you a store credit for future use. Custom orders are not returnable. Return postage is the responsibility of the Buyer and we advise that you use registered post as we cannot accept liability for items that are damaged or lost during transit.
